Agreeing to these terms
These terms apply when you use Frank Data, at getfrankdata.com and app.getfrankdata.com. By creating an account you agree to them. If you sign up for a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.
What Frank Data does
Frank Data reads numbers from the accounts you connect, such as Google, Meta and online shops. It shows them in one dashboard, and Frank explains them in plain English. Access to your accounts is read-only: Frank Data cannot post, spend money, or change your ads, listings or websites.
Your account
- You must be 18 or over and use Frank Data for business purposes.
- Keep your login safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Give us accurate details, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
- Agency accounts are responsible for the client logins they create and the client accounts they connect.
Accounts you connect
You may only connect accounts you own or are allowed to manage. When you connect one, you allow us to read its data and store it, as described in our privacy policy.
Your use of Google, Meta, Shopify and other platforms is still covered by their own terms. If a platform changes or limits its service, some numbers may stop updating. We will tell you when that happens.
Frank’s explanations
Frank’s explanations are written with the help of AI. They are there to help you understand your numbers, not as professional, financial or legal advice. They can sometimes be wrong or incomplete, so please check anything important before you make big decisions based on it.
Fair use
Please don’t:
- connect accounts you have no right to access;
- try to get into other customers’ data, or test our security without our written permission;
- copy, resell or rebuild Frank Data, or scrape it in bulk;
- use Frank Data for anything illegal, or in a way that breaks the platforms’ own rules.
Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider, Stripe. The price and what it includes are shown before you pay. There are no free trials. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We will give at least 30 days’ notice of any price change.
Your data and our software
Your data stays yours. We only use it to provide Frank Data, as described in the privacy policy. Frank Data itself, including the software, the design and the Frank character, belongs to us. You may use it while your account is active.
Availability and changes
We work hard to keep Frank Data running and accurate, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may improve or change features, and we will tell you in advance about anything that significantly affects you.
Our liability
As far as Irish law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits, lost business or decisions made using Frank Data. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings, or by emailing hello@getfrankdata.com. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Where we reasonably can, we will warn you first. When an account is closed, its data is deleted as explained in the privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts deal with any disputes.
Changes to these terms
We will email you at least 30 days before any important change takes effect. If you keep using Frank Data after that, you accept the new terms.
